Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999 s202(2).

The District Council of Loxton Waikerie is seeking community feedback on a proposed 10 year Hanger Ground Lease agreement for a portion of land at the Waikerie Aerodrome.

The proposed lease will provide security of tenure for the hanger owner.

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1999, Section 202(2), the Council is required to conduct public consultation before granting a lease on community land.

Public Consultation will take place between Wednesday 29 April and Wednesday 20 May 2026.

•in person, in writing, at the Council’s offices at 35 Bookpurnong Road, Loxton or Strangman Road, Waikerie.
