The District Council of Loxton Waikerie is seeking community feedback regarding a proposed lease agreement for the Loxton District Children’s Centre (Woodleigh) for the former National Resource Management building, located on the corner of Coral Street and Kokoda Terrace in Loxton.

The proposed community facilities lease agreement will allow Woodleigh to expand their childcare services and operate out of school hours care (OSCH), ahead of the planned development of a new childcare centre on the adjacent land.

Public Consultation will take place between Wednesday 13 November and Wednesday 4 December 2024.
